Where things stand

RoleShift is currently in pre-launch. That means: the career quiz is live and free to use, and the waitlist is open — but there is no live job board, no employer listings, and no user accounts yet. These terms cover the site as it exists today, and will be updated as the product develops.

Using the site

• The career quiz is provided for free, for personal, informational use
• Quiz results are a starting point for reflection, not a professional or psychometric assessment — see our FAQ for more on this
• You agree not to misuse the site — for example, submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping content without permission

No guarantee of outcomes

RoleShift aims to help you think about career direction and, once launched, connect you with relevant employers. We don't guarantee any job outcome, interview, or offer — career suggestions are informational, not a promise of employment.

For employers

Registering interest as an employer does not commit you to a paid plan. Founding Employer terms, pricing, and listing rules will be confirmed directly with you before anything is charged. Full terms for employer accounts will be published when the employer platform launches.

Intellectual property

The RoleShift name, logo, and site content belong to RoleShift. You're welcome to share links to the site; please don't reproduce our content, design, or branding elsewhere without asking first.

Changes to these terms

As RoleShift moves from pre-launch to a full platform, these terms will expand — particularly around employer listings and any future paid features for job seekers, which we don't currently plan to introduce. We'll make sure material changes are clearly flagged, not buried.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
